Great city to explore in early spring!
Port Credit is such a cool spot - loved walking along the waterfront when the weather started turning nice. The lake views are gorgeous and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Really easy city to get around too.
Way more to do here than I expected
Came for a few days and ended up loving it. Square One area has everything you need for shopping, and the food scene is seriously diverse - ate my way through so many cuisines in just a couple of days. Clean city, friendly people, no complaints at all.
Lovely waterfront city, highly recommend
Port Credit village has this really relaxed feel to it - nice restaurants, indie shops, and the lakeside is beautiful even in winter. Not as busy as Toronto but still has plenty going on. Good value for accommodation too compared to downtown Toronto.
Perfect base for exploring the Greater Toronto Area
Stayed here instead of downtown Toronto and it worked out really well. Easy transit connections, lots of food options especially along Hurontario Street - some amazing South Asian restaurants there. The city felt safe and very well organized.
Loved the food diversity here
The range of food in this city is seriously impressive. Found everything from Pakistani street-style dishes to Filipino bakeries all within a short drive. Celebration Square is a fun spot too - had a great time there. Definitely a food lover's kind of place.
Solid winter trip, good city overall
Came during the holiday season and Celebration Square had skating and festive lights which was really fun. The city has a relaxed pace compared to Toronto but still has good restaurants and malls. Nice change of pace from a busy downtown trip.
